Kicking off with our film on Eindhovensche Golf, this was our first taste of golf in the Netherlands and, curiously, it’s the only club in The Netherlands without the word ‘club’ after its name. ''The Crump Cup of British Indoor Golf'' as it was affectionately dubbed! 70 people all flocked to Urban Golf in Smithfield, London to spend the evening spreading some festive cheer, a few holes on the sims and a few cold ones! Only 6 miles up the road from Portrush sits Bushfoot golf Club, nestled at the foot of the river Bush. Its a small 9-hole community golf club with a great history and some cracking holes! Playing here was a timely reminder why its so important to stay put in one location when travelling so you experience the full breadth of the golf on offer. Not just the trophy courses but the smaller ones that fly under the radar!
