We are looking for a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media & Office Manager.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and creative Social Media & Office Manager who has a deep passion for golf. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, executing marketing activities, and overseeing office management tasks. This is a key role in our team, requiring someone with exceptional organisational skills, strong IT capabilities, and the ability to work flexibly and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our audience.
    • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Analyse and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Marketing Activities:
    • Design and implement marketing campaigns using design software and other relevant tools.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and translate them into actionable plans.
    • Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
    • Ensure all marketing activities align with our brand identity and goals.
  • Office Management:
    • Oversee administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
    • Coordinate with remote team members and manage schedules.
    • Handle communications with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Maintain and organise digital files and records.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • A fierce passion for golf and a deep understanding of club culture and the unique aspects of different golf brands globally.
  • Strong IT capabilities, including proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools.
  • Creative instinct with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and flexibly.
  • A proactive approach with a strong work ethic and commitment to the company’s ethos.
